Miss Ang taught the class two fun Multiplication games to help the students commt the times table of 2 to memory. The first game was "What is On my Head?" The students work in pairs to put a multiplication card on their forehead and say the times table out loud. Their partner will check to see if the answer is correct.
The second game was "SNAP!" . Students played in groups of 3 or 4. Each player has a set of multiplication cards. At the count of 3, each player shows a card on the table. When at least 2 sets of the cards are the same ( eg "2 x 3" and "6" ) , the first student who shouts SNAP, wins all the cards in the pool.
